Odesa International Bus Terminal is the main bus station of the largest city on the Black Sea coast. The bus station is located at 58 Kolontaivska Street, in the neighbourhood of Moldavanka. There are public transport bus stops «Avtovokzal» (bus stop, trolleybus stop and tram stop) near the bus station. The only tram goes from the bus station along the route 5 «Avtovokzal-Arkadiia» (Velyka Arnautska, Pryvoz market, the main city railway station, Starosinna bus station, Theatre of Musical Comedy, The Filatov Institute, Odesa factory of sparkling wines, The Chkalov sanatorium, Botanical Garden). Trolley bus, which runs along the route 8 «Superphosphate Plant – RailwayStation», connects the bus station with Mala Arnautska, railway station, agrarian university in one direction and with the second Jewish cemetery, the plants Neptun, Mikron, Kysenmash and Superphosphate plant in the opposite direction.

Intercity Odesa bus station provides routes to Odesa region, Ukraine and foreign countries. There are bus routes to Izmail, Liubashivka, Reni, Sarata, Tatarbunary, Bolhrad within Odesa region.
